Welcome to the 12 Days of Relaxation Savasana Challenge Day 11. You’re almost there! But of course, I hope you have discovered the real benefit of deep rest and continue to incorporate Savasana, rest, meditation, breathing, and yoga in general into your daily life past this 12 day challenge.

I hope you enjoyed yesterday’s warrior goddess visualization. It can be a bit intense, but also highly inspiring and empowering. I’ve always considered it the highest compliment from a student when they tell me they leave a class feeling both deeply relaxed but also energized. That’s called balance, my friends 🙂.
