If you find that one particular audio recording is really great, you really enjoy resting for a particular amount of time, or you have a day where all you can fit in is one minute, you’re welcome to mix and match these recordings to meet you wherever you are. Just try to rest at least one minute every day 😊.
If you miss a day, don’t beat yourself up. Be compassionate with yourself and get back on the train again tomorrow.
