Thank you for sharing this. I first learned about Golden Thread breath in a prenatal yoga class and then again when reading Uma Dinsmore-Tuli's work. It sort of strikes me as a softer, cooler version of Ujjayi, where they both lengthen the breath, but Ujjayi is heating and stimulating. And I do tend to store so much tension in my jaw, so anything I can do to help relax it is wonderful!

I love that contrast to Ujjayi as the softer, cooler version. The little bonus relaxation of the jaw in the beginning makes the practice feel even more luxurious. My favorite part about this breath is how versatile it is!
