Hi Ashley! My favourite full moon practice is moon bathing with gratitude- I spend time outside in the moonlight while thinking of all the things in my life that I'm grateful for. I also find this is a great time to reflect on what's going on in my life, areas I need to focus on and to ask for strength to help work through difficulties :)

Hi Tiff!! It's so nice to hear from you. I love the gratitude piece with the moon bathing. So appropriate. And the reflection is important too. The full moon always feels like a natural reflection point.
