I love that. So often I think people use science as a gatekeeper. They won't even try something because there is no evidence that suggests it works. But if you don't try, you'll never know and yoga is definitely one of those practices that you have to feel to know it works. Even if we don't understand how exactly it's working. Bravo on trusting yourself and your own experience! That's the most advanced yoga practice there is 🙂
