Replay! April Full Moon Yoga Class

The Pink Moon

Happy Pink Moon!

In this class we’re answering Spring’s call to shake off winter’s cobwebs and get moving. We’ve been resting for months now, it’s time to take some action!

Here’s what you’ll do in this month’s class:

  • A gentle practice mobilizing joints and moving in flow with breath from the toes to the neck.

  • Restorative Mountain Brook to integrate the energy we’ll be breaking free in the body.

  • Full-body, expansive breathing to welcome in new possibilities and release stuck, stagnant energy

  • Vira mudra to activate your inner warrioress and cultivate courage.

Props

  • A bolster/pillows, blankets, blocks will be nice for the restorative pose

  • Blocks/a blanket may be helpful during the movement section

  • Have your journal handy to reflect on some of the contemplative inquiries
