Happy Flower Moon!
In this class we’re blooming and planting seeds for the autumn harvest. As with all blooms, it’s important to cultivate balance and provide sustenance and nutrients, care and maintenance for our authentic Selves to shine.
Here’s what you’ll do in this month’s class:
A balanced energizing practice that opens the heart
Grounding restorative postures to connect to the Earth energy we need to nourish
Two mudras to develop self-confidence and set firm boundaries to protect our true Selves from negative energy
Props
A bolster/pillows, blankets, blocks will be nice for the restorative pose
Blocks/a blanket may be helpful during the movement section
Have your journal handy to reflect on some of the contemplative inquiries
