Here’s what you’ll do in this month’s class:
A gentle asana practice prioritizing spinal mobilization
A series of restorative postures with mudra and contemplation
Bumblebee Breath (Brahmari)
A contemplative Savasana
Props
A bolster/pillows, blankets, blocks will be nice for the restorative pose
Blocks can be helpful during the movement section
Have your journal handy to reflect on some of the contemplative inquiries
