Happy Buck Moon 🦌!
In this class we cool down, surrender, and finally (finally!) tether the ties of our deepest attachments. We can dream, right? Acknowledgement is the first step…🙂
In honor of the Buck, you’ll do a little deer pose and release tension in your hips and shoulders. Plus, at the end there is ample time for deep rest. It’s an all-over feel-good flow and I hope you enjoy it!
At the beginning of class I mention the guided meditation/mini nidra at the end of last year’s Buck Moon class that I love. Maybe revisit that sometime this month!
Here’s what you’ll do in this month’s class:
A mudra to help you surrender your deepest attachments
Cooling breath to ease the intensity and heat of the season
A supported and expansive restorative pose to create space for new possibilities
A hip-focused flow to get your emotional energy flowing toward intentional and aligned living
