Here’s what you’ll do in this month’s class:

  • Sitkari Breath

  • Gentle, flowing movement

  • Restorative pose

  • Special Yoga Nidra honoring the soothing, calming qualities of water and the endurance of the sturgeon.

Props

  • A bolster/pillows, blankets, blocks will be nice for the restorative pose

  • Have some blankets and pillows handy for the nidra at the end of class

  • Are you honoring your personal energy? Does it align with the season—the last, lazy days of summer, or the frenetic pace of culture as autumn routines start to kick back into full gear?
