Happy first Full Moon of 2025!
In honor of the wolves, we’re adding vocalization to our practice this month—you get to choose if you want to howl, om, or hum 😊.
I’m also trying to create an integrated and progressive experience for you through these Full Moon gatherings. If you haven’t had a chance to spend some time setting a sankalpa for 2025, I highly recommend you do that practice as we’ll continue to revisit it each month in our Full Moon gatherings.
Here’s what you’ll do in this month’s class:
Bumblebee Breath (Brahmari)
A gentle, flowing asana practice with added vocalizations
Restorative Queen’s Chair with Svasti Mudra and contemplation
Props
Blocks can be helpful during the movement section
A bolster/pillows, blankets, blocks will be nice for the restorative pose
Have your journal handy to reflect on some of the contemplative inquiries
