Here’s what you’ll do in this month’s class:

  • Alternate Nostril Breath

  • A gentle Warrior-inspired flow

  • Restorative poses

  • Yoga Nidra honoring the hunt

Props

  • A bolster/pillows, blankets, blocks will be nice for the restorative poses

  • Have some blankets and pillows handy for the nidra at the end of class

Journal prompts:

  • What qualities do you feel are running low in your life right now (e.g. love, compassion, strength, endurance, etc.)?

  • What are you hunting for right now in your life?

  • What tools do you have to help you search, harness, gather, and acquire what you need for the coming months?
