Malasana (Yogi Squat) combines strength and flexibility. It can help you feel more buoyant and open in both body and mind.

There are many ways to be in this posture. It can be a difficult one for many so find what works best for your body or choose a different squat variation that is more suitable for your physical and energetic needs today. I’ve been experiencing a lot of pelvic girdle pain in my pregnancy, so I definitely need the extra support of the bocks. Don’t be afraid to use blocks and ask for help! Goddesses call in support all the time 🙂.
