A different kind of wall squat

Today we’re taking the shape of Goddess Pose, flipping it onto our back and enlisting the support of a wall to create a new kind of squat experience in our body. Sometime flipping a shape upside down and all around will give us new insights and wisdom. The same is true for thoughts and beliefs!

The Goddess, though fierce and all-powerful, also asks for help when she needs it. She calls in reinforcements, enlists her friends, and isn’t afraid or ashamed to seek support.

Find some wall space, and get ready to squat on your back!
