Today we’re going prone with Mandukasana (Frog Pose). This pose brings more yin energy to the 7-day challenge, but don’t think that means easy. Frog Pose asks you to sit with difficult sensations, a skill the Goddess must master—transformation can’t happen without challenge.
Remember no matter how challenging the sensation, you can always choose to come back to your breath, back to center. You are not your burning inner thighs 😊. You are infinite, divine, and capable.
